The cooperative planning procedure for the Linz-Ebelsberg district has been successfully completed and presented to the public at the AfO (Architekturforum) in Linz. Under Andreas Kleboth’s direction Markus Kaplan (BWM), Carla Lo, Hubert Rieß and Bernd Vlay have developed the urban guiding concept for a new district with residential and office areas for 5000 to 7000 people. The participants in the cooperative procedure will each realise one of the key projects for the developers WAG, GIWOG, Neue Heimat and WSF Stiftung.
