Florianigasse 10
A quiet location in the 8th district, with flats looking out onto a green courtyard. The existing building was thoughtfully renovated, and the three floors and the attic were adapted for contemporary living. The façade was restored to good condition in partnership with the Federal Monuments Authority. The ensemble’s historic charm was preserved.
